QB is where you need the most help. On a points per game basis, Warner is not a top 15 QB right now. While Smith had a pretty good game last week, it remains to be seen how that translates to other weeks. Sanchez is having a decent season for an NFL rookie, but not as a fantasy QB. This will be difficult and costly to fix in a 12 team league that plays 2 QBs. You should hope that Smith plays well for the rest of the season, but you may have to accept a downgrade at RB to improve the QB situation.

My sister died of schizophrenia complications(suicide) and my mother has had problems with it in the past but she takes meds that controls hers. I used to talk to this guy a few months back..we stopped talking 4 2 reasons..1 he had issues talking to me about how he felt in person and 2 everyone had said he was a player and talked to a lot of girls. There were 2 dances each night, it's practically a grind fest..I didn't go but every1 came up and told me that he didn't dance with ANYONE. he was just by himself. Basically I'm torn. People say things at school like he's a player..but he's never had with a girl and he's never had more than one serious relationship before. Is it legal for a person under 21 to openly carry a flask?

I'm not of legal U.S. drinking age, and I was wondering if it is illegal for a person under 21 to openly carry a flask, since a flask is widely used/created to hold distilled(alcoholic) beverages. I don't drink, nor plan to mainly because I do not appreciate the attitude people my age have towards alcohol consumption. Also I don't plan to use the flask for distilled beverages, mainly water, and or flavored drinks, I.E. Gatorade. I live out in the desert so it's nice to have a bottle of water around, but I see a belted flask as an easier way of holding liquid, rather than lugging a bottle around.

A question on the basic chemistry of a molecule dissolving in water...?

I'm a beginning biology and chemistry student in college. One of the first things we learn is the difference between a physical and chemical change. So, I know for sure that (for instance) salt dissolving in water is a physical rather than a chemical change. But now I'm learning about exactly how a salt molecule dissolves in water because the water molecule (H2O) contains a polar covalent bond while the salt molecule (NaCl) contains an ionic bond between sodium and chlorine. This is where I'm stumped. If the nature of the bonds causes the NaCl molecule to be broken up into Na and Cl when it's dissolved in the water, then how can it be said that this is a physical change and not a chemical change? Am I incorrect somewhere in my ysis of what goes on?

I think he's interested, but he's busy, and he has things in his life that he has to concentrate on. I work for an Airline in the UK but I'm sure things work the same with all of them - there is no catch involved: if most of the seats in economy are already booked but not many advance bookings have been made in Business Cl it makes more sense to sell the Business Cl tickets at a reasonable price than just sell all economy tickets and then have to upgrade people for free on the day when economy is overbooked. Many people will just automatically book a ticket in economy without considering looking at business cl fares. Also, if you have a fantastic flight in Business and love the experience they always hope it will make you consider always flying that way in the future even if the price is a little higher! My advice - don't worry about a catch, book that nice seat, have a fantastic holiday and enjoy a pampered flight.

My LMP was April 27, 30 day cycles. I was due to ovulate May 10 or 11. DH and I had May 11-12 took a OPK just to verify ovulation and got a BFP. Whenever i skip i get a really bad pain in the back of my left eye. What could be causing this?

The pain is considerably worse when i skip with both feet together (hopping), it is just bearable when i skip in a running fashion. Young female with bad hip problems?

My girlfriend is 24 and she suffers from hip joint discomfort on a daily basis. She is constantly in discomfort and she says it is hereditary, that her Aunt has the same condition and that it is a deterioration of the hip joint. Another reason was that, i think he exagerated on this one, but that for every patient in the hospital they would have 10 evangelical Christians trying to convert them. Well he thought he was in love and i had no clue at all for these 4 years, the woman wanted nothing to do with him from the onstart but my hubby had his hopes and even told her that he thinks he is in love with her. Their contact so what i was told was minimal, very light conversations, nothing in depth. They never hung out, never spoke on the phone and never emailed in the past just simple messages on Facebook in the last few months. How i found out about the situation was when he connected with her on Facebook and sent her a message "I miss you" but after that she cut him off as a friend on FB and that is what led to my inquiry. By the way, he has left to a different work location so he no longer sees her, that is what prompted him to send her that email message after 2 weeks of not seeing her. Now, he realizes that after not seeing her for 2 months and the confrontation of all of this, he genuinely had no feelings for her. but i feel deceived that he thought he was in love with this other woman that number one kept on blowing him off that he barely knew, and that he was foolishly infatuated with her. we have our marital problems but this all started when we bought a house and had a kid so he was looking to escape from all of life's complications but i feel like this is emotional cheating and worse of all he said he did nothing wrong and that i deserved it for being a nag. he is not even apologetic he said he didnt do anything but i felt that for 4 years he had pledged his heart to someone else that he didnt even really know. This woman even told him that you dont even know the other side of me. In his mind he painted a picture of this woman as being perfect but he doesnt even know what her background is, what her likes and dislikes are, if she has siblings, etc. He fell in love with his fictitious creation. And the worse part of it all is that he got carried away and told her that he thinks he is in love with her, she just told him go home to your wife. I am having a hard time blowing this off especially without an apology from him. Is he thinking that this was no big deal cause nothing truly happened on a physical level and it was strictly one sided infatuation. But for him to think that he loved her all this time until it all came out in the open kils me, what if i had never inquired about that message, he would have thought that this was the one woman he missed out on. I know this term of escapism he sufferes from anxiety and panic disorder and does not like to confront every day issues, any advice???

I supervise a staff of twelve ladies in a state office. I have had a lot of issues with respect and support from my past Director so I have not really acted as a "Supervisor" and allowed the gals to have some control. We now have a new Director and I thought I would be able to start to stand up and act the Supervisor role, but in doing so it has not turned out too well. I am very much a softy and have been very kind. I am just trying to act the part of "supervisor" now. I have one gal who wants to be Supervisor and really tries to do anything she can to stir up contention directed towards me and without much support from the new or old Director is doing a pretty good job. HR supports the Director so that is not really a source. Specifically one recent incident was one gal in ping walks by and says to me, " the secretary has our supplies but I can't get them, you will have to find someone else. So after stewing for a few minutes this is what I emailed her, " Thank you for informing me we have supplies in, however; next time could you please talk to me more respectfully. Maybe something similar to "the secretary informed me that our supplies are in, I am working on something that does not allow me time to retrieve them, would you like me to find time", or "what would you like me to do", rather than just informing me and flat out telling me you can't do it, find someone else. I understand putting a procedure in place will solve this particular incedent but that is not the point here. My question is this, what opinions do you have on this particular incident? Is this insubordination, and what level of insubordination is it. Unfortunately, this gal went to the new Director and I did not get backed up too well. Our office has really had issues with this type of stuff for a while now. This Director is new and is aware of the issues. Is all I did was send a simple email to this gal, did not even carbon the Director. I did however send a separate email to the Director attaching the email exchange with my employee, asking her if this was acceptable? I also let her know that this gal may come to her and I hope I have your support. She did not respond to me. This turned into a big deal, with most of my staff being upset with me and setting aside time to hold a meeting with this new Director I am not sure exactly sure what was said in this meeting, but I don't think she supported me too well. The Director is not communicating with me very well and I think I have expressed my feelings pretty well to her. if you must have an airbag. it will take time and money. you'll need the sensor, the airbag, the steering wheel, the wiring harness and god knows what else before it's over with. then the installation, i would recommend getting a hayes/chiltons book on the truck and go from there. i'm pretty sure some trucks had airbags in 93. oh yeah go to a junk jard for parts and when they say we don't have on for your truck be sure to ask about an f-series and be clear you don't care what it came out of as long as it's close to that year (97 and up likely won't fit). personally i wouldn't worry about it. it's 1 more thing to go wrong, it will be a head ache to install or it will cost you dearly. that's a big steel truck. i'll vouch for the f-series, they'll take a hit.

The other day a young person asked me how I felt about being old. I was taken aback, for I do not think of myself as old. Upon seeing my reaction, she was immediately embarred, but I explained that it was an interesting question, and I would ponder it, and let her know. Old Age, I decided, is a gift. I am now, probably for the first time in my life, the person I have always wanted to be. Oh, not my body! I sometime despair over my body, the wrinkles, the baggy eyes, and the sagging . And often I am taken aback by that old person that lives in my mirror (who looks like my mother!), but I don't agonize over those things for long. I would never trade my amazing friends, my wonderful life, my loving family for less gray hair or a flatter belly. As I've aged, I've become more kind to myself, and less critical of myself. I've become my own friend. I don't chide myself for eating that extra cookie, or for not making my bed, or for buying that silly cement gecko that I didn't need, but looks so avante garde on my patio. I am entitled to a treat, to be messy, to be extravagant. I have seen too many dear friends leave this world too soon; before they understood the great freedom that comes with aging. Whose business is it if I choose to read or play on the computer until 4 AM and sleep until noon? I will dance with myself to those wonderful tunes of the 60&70's, and if I, at the same time, wish to weep over a lost love ... I will. I will walk the beach in a swim suit that is stretched over a bulging body, and will dive into the waves with abandon if I choose to, despite the pitying glances from the jet set. They, too, will get old. I know I am sometimes forgetful. But there again, some of life is just as well forgotten. And I eventually remember the important things. Sure, over the years my heart has been broken. How can your heart not break when you lose a loved one, or when a child suffers, or even when somebody's beloved pet gets hit by a car? But broken hearts are what give us strength and understanding and compion. A heart never broken is pristine and sterile and will never know the joy of being imperfect. I am s o blessed to have lived long enough to have my hair turning gray, and to have my youthful laughs be forever etched into deep grooves on my face. So many have never laughed, and so many have died before their hair could turn silver. As you get older, it is easier to be positive. You care less about what other people think. I don't question myself anymore. I've even earned the right to be wrong. So, to answer your question, I like being old. It has set me free. I like the person I have become. I am not going to live forever, but while I am still here, I will not waste time lamenting what could have been, or worrying about what will be. And I shall eat dessert every single day.

DH and I have been TTC for 2 years (not preventing, rather). I just finished my 4th cycle of clomid. Months 1&2 I was on 50mg day3-7, month 3&4 100mg day 3-7. Yesterday was day 13. I went in for an ultrasound, which showed I have two follicles, 1.0 and 1.2. Dr. wants me to come in again tomorrow (thurs) to see if they've grown. I had postive OPK on day 12 last month, but no positive so far this month, and obviously no pregnancy last month. Dr. says she wants the follicle to be at least 2.2cm for IUI. I'm wondering if any of you have had a similar experience. I've done pretty decent keeping my anxiety to a minimum, but now I'm starting to lose it! Hysterosalpingogram and hormone tests have all been great. DH semen ysis was great too! Any advice/encouragement would be helpful. Maybe you have an experience to share? I just want to know these brutal hot flashes (thanks to clomid) aren't for nothing! Desperately wishing and praying for BFP!!

Itchy skin after shower. Skin feels moist not dry!?

the skin on my arms and legs gets very itchy and stingy after I shower and sometimes just randomly. Ive switched soaps dozens of times and finally een after washing with baby soap i am still itchy. I sometimes pat dry or try to get all the excess moisture off but neither seems to make a difference. There is no evidence of dryness (no flaking, no bumps, nothing red or even visible, sometimes just a little bit of crocodile skin feeling but smooth and moist). Sometimes when it gets hot it acts up, but honestly, I just cant seem to pinpoint whats wrong. I dont have bed bugs, i dont shave roughly, I dont put lots of soap on. the only thing I can think of is the hard water in my shower, but i have never been itchy on my chest, stomach, or back (an thats where the water hits). Please Anything, what is contributing to this??? And what can i use? Weird symptoms... any advice?

So for the past few months [since about Halloween], I've had chronic flu-like symptoms that I can never quite shake. Over Christmas I got really sick, vomiting and such, which prompted me to go to the ER, where they basically listened to me breathe and diagnosed me with bronchitis. So I've been on anti-biotics for the past two weeks, which made me feel a bit better for a while [although even while on them, I still had a fever], but within a day of finishing a bottle of doxycycline, I was sick again. I have a sore throat, am extremely weak and tired, and can't seem to focus, and the lymph node under my arm has been swollen for a while now. I can't figure out what the hell is wrong with me that I've had these symptoms for months and even the anti-biotic was ineffective. From everything I've read on the Internet, my symptoms seem to line up eerily well with leukemia, but I kind of doubt that's it. Any advice/comments? By the way, I'm 17 years old, if that helps.
