I'm entering a seminary this fall, but there is this girl I think I like....?

I'm entering the seminary to study for the Catholic priesthood, at least for one year to see how that works out. I think I am "falling in love" with a complete stranger. I live in a small town but this girl lives in a smaller town than I. She travels abou ten miles to work at our local grocery store and she doesn't go to school at mine, but for some reason I am attracted to this girl, she's not drop dead gorgeious, but I think she is cute. We have similar personalities, involved in the same things, from what I read in the local newspaper, however she is an athlete in school, and I'm just a biker and water skiier. I've never held a real conversation with her, but for some reason I just can not get her off my mind. I've never taken the initiative to converse with a girl, my only dates was when the girl asked me. I enter seminary on August 25th, but I think I am falling for a girl, I guess I'm seeking advise, how do I talk to her, ask her out, etc. Any help is appreciated.
