Itchy skin after shower. Skin feels moist not dry!?

the skin on my arms and legs gets very itchy and stingy after I shower and sometimes just randomly. Ive switched soaps dozens of times and finally een after washing with baby soap i am still itchy. I sometimes pat dry or try to get all the excess moisture off but neither seems to make a difference. There is no evidence of dryness (no flaking, no bumps, nothing red or even visible, sometimes just a little bit of crocodile skin feeling but smooth and moist). Sometimes when it gets hot it acts up, but honestly, I just cant seem to pinpoint whats wrong. I dont have bed bugs, i dont shave roughly, I dont put lots of soap on. the only thing I can think of is the hard water in my shower, but i have never been itchy on my chest, stomach, or back (an thats where the water hits). Please Anything, what is contributing to this??? And what can i use? Im so sick of moisturizers because i feel completely hydrated yet it still stings and itches for at least a half hour after my shower
