Who's worse: Bush or Nixon?

Born in 1994, I was pretty much raised with Bush as president. Personally, I think he very well might be the worst president ever. But I'm also interested in the '60s counter-culture so I have come up with facts proving Nixon might be the worst president. What do you think?
