Ewww!! What are these bugs!!!!? Help please..?

Okay, I've been finding them in my window seals AND around my vents ever since I turned on my AC. I thought they were earwigs..But now that I have a pic, I don't think that's what they are. But they're really disgusting and there's so many of them!! I have sprayed and everything, But I keep finding them!! Please help and tell me what they are if you know. And if they bite or anything...
