I received a 1099 for my earnings this year. Can I still file via Turbo Tax cos I need to payback? :(?

So basically I am used to receiving W2 and filing through turbo tax since taxes are withheld. This time around no taxes were withheld with this job so I need to calculate how much I owe to pay back. I need to claim certain things like uniform, jackets, shoes..etc. So now I just want to know if this can be done via turbo tax or any of the other e-filing programs. Thanks in anticipation
