I need a architect - And help!!!?

Go to town hall and get a copy of your plot plan and draw on it your proposed addition(footprint)also draw them an elevation sketch of any changes to the exterior of the building(i.e.,second floor ,or roof-line changes)make sure to put in wall heights and roof pitch. at this point they do not need a finished plan they need to be sure that what you want to do meets zoning and sewage requirements. They(building department) will walk you through it. once you have approval then detail your plans via your self, a contractor, a designer or an Architect. Good luck
