Question about silky hair?

I really want my hair to be silky with no fly-aways, but i can't seem to find the right product. Would chi silk infusion or paul mitchell skinny serum be good? Just any products that would make my hair silk and free of fly aways. I have shoulder length blonde hair that is frizzy. Thanks :)
