Video Game Tester - SONY!?

I want to be a game tester for SONY really badly. I'd be so dedicated in my work and they'll get the best out of me. What would I need to do to get into SONY's game testing? If you don't know, how much do game testers make? I don't get how it works because people say for different companies your salary differs. I hear you get $40,000 - $100,000 + as a game tester but I just want to make sure. How much do proffesional testers make? (Years wise). Thanks! :)
