Question about Michael Jackson?!?

Who cares that he ped , I mean honestly cares or can say that your life is altered by his ping. I mean I only feel grief for friends and family and people I love and care about. I don't understand why people freak out when celebs die. In fact I think people are making such a big deal over this, like if OJ Simpson dies tomorrow, we will make him out to be such a big hero. I don't get it. Shed some light here, I want your opinion.
