Is "someone like you" by sarah dessen a romance book?

hi, i'm going to get a sarah dessen book, and i have two options: someone like you, or keeping the moon. the books i have read of hers are: lock and key, this lullaby, and just listen. lock and key was probably my favorite, and this lullaby my least favorite. i'm into romance books, but i'm not sure if "someone like you" is. if you have read both these books, which one did you like better? and which one has more romance? thanks.
