Okay...how do I do this?

i really don't know how apple gets away with their proprietary crap like this personally.... but anyway, i want to say that within itunes there is an import option and you can direct it towards that CD and it will automatically convert your files to their proprietary file type... but personally i stopped using itunes a couple years ago for just this type of reason, so i am a bit rusty and could be wrong.
