Medicine that is okay for a 11 week old?

My daughter has a bad cold , so do i , so i have baby tylenol the doctor ok'd for her which i gave her but i can tell she is really uncomfortable and congested. What kind of stuff do you use to help clear your babys nose? i know the saline drops, and suction thing work but my daughter hates it when i do that.
