Why do people ALWAYS have bad comment on me ONLY instead of my other friend?

normally they'll go like; u are so weird, u look funny, u are stupid whatever. and they do not usually stand on my side.i hate them. and i have a friend who is VERY annoying and is with this squeaky voice and always say bad comments on me for nothing when i did not do anything to her. she is such a *****.and she say the bad comments in front of me, pathetic. i can't stand her. when i wear a new shorts to school , she will be like : u look funny and weird in a bad way.Sometimes my friend will say : hey, u look pretty today. but that annoying friend of mine would say : really? i don't think so. Shows that she is jealous that people have good comments on me instead of her.In an art competition , my friends would say: i hope u will win the prize cause your drawing is nice , but that annoying girl will say: As if she will win . i was so mad, she is a horrible person. I fail my sci test but end up ping cause of my daily work , the annoying girl would say: u suppose to fail your sci, but STILL p, so unfair in a angry way. maybe she is angry that i p , how selfish of her. and she is totally like a cry baby , she cry over a tiny winy of thing. E.G , if you keep on telling her that she is stupid or dumb , she will cry for a long time, what a loser. she only cares about herself, when there is nobody to go lunch and recess with her, she will come over to me and said : can i join you? So i end up waiting for her to go to the washroom and all. But when there is somebody to go recess with her , she totally ignore me and left me alone . Her character is annoying, judgemental , selfish, squeaky voice, , nerd, crybaby, hopeless. She is in the seventh grade which i pretty much think that her brain have not reach that HIGH level of maturity yet and she is .... She told she does not know how to cook a package noodles and neither did she know how to cook OR break an egg.Urgh, and when a teacher mention something about stingray, she does not know what is a stingray... and she does not know how to cycle a two wheels bicycle. As i do not like to comment too much about others but for this girl, it is an exception, how DUMB can she get. To me, i think she only knows how to study what is in the textbook of what she know, she know nothing else. No common sense and no sense of independent. i mean a seventh grader who does not know how to cook cup noodles, eggs, or ride a bicycle and who knows what else she does not know. And she totally have no manners to her friends or anybody else, what is her mother doing??? Sleeping at home all the time and not teaching her ??? can anybody please tell me what how to deal with this kind of person and how i am suppose to calm down??? help??? Thank you very much. :D
