I Still love my ex- after 3 years?

I am do in love with my one of my ex boyfriends. We went out two times in 2004 and 2005. And I still luv him. Everybody says he still likes me including his brother, but I'm affraid to tell him that I still like him. And he just had a baby in Feb. and I don't know if he is still with his baby's mama or not. But I saw him yesterday when me and my best friend were walkin my dog and he gave me a big hug and he was like "ohh u feel good" and that made me so happy when he hugged me although I didn't let it show. But we talked for about 10 minutes or so. I am a shy person when it comes to socializing with boys and even after 3 years I am still nervous when I talk to him. What should I do?
